The paper roll clamp, with a 180° rotating drive, is used to hold horizontal and vertical rolls. This well-designed system offers safe and gentle handling, supported by the optimised arm geometry, rounded contact plates and end position damping for vertical roll placement.
The hydraulic components are easily accessible, which facilitates maintenance and reduces downtime. All cylinders have non-return valves to ensure the operational safety of the hydraulic system. An adjustable pressure relief valve ensures that the contact pressure can be adjusted to prevent damage to the paper rolls and ensure safe handling.
