Handover in stabau's DACH Sales Management team

The handover is taking place as part of a succession plan drawn up well in advance and is being closely overseen by the management team. Over the coming months, Stephan Pantelmann and Siegfried Miosga will work closely together to ensure continuity for customers, partners and staff. Stephan Pantelmann will draw on his many years of experience to support the smooth handover to his successor.

Siegfried Miosga is looking forward to his new role with great enthusiasm. His aim is to continue the successful development of the sales division and, together with the team, to provide fresh impetus for the markets in the DACH region. Stephan Pantelmann, too, is optimistic about the upcoming change. He is pleased to hand over the management of the sales division to experienced hands and to be able to continue actively supporting stabau in his new role.

For the management team, this succession plan ensures both continuity and future stability. “Stephan Pantelmann has played a decisive role in shaping the development of our sales division over many years. At the same time, we are delighted to have secured an experienced successor for this important position in Siegfried Miosga,” says Stefan Huhn.

New focus: stabau Academy

Stephan Pantelmann will remain with the company in the future. With the newly established stabau Academy, he will take charge of a key area covering training, professional development and knowledge transfer. The Academy will officially launch on 1 September 2026.

The aim of the stabau Academy is to impart specialist knowledge relating to stabau’s products, solutions and applications in an even more targeted manner. The training programme is aimed at customers and partners as well as employees. Plans include practical training sessions held directly at the customer’s premises, training courses at the company’s site in Meschede, and digital formats that allow for flexible participation regardless of location.

Furthermore, the stabau Academy focuses on cross-departmental training concepts. Staff from different specialist areas – such as sales, service, engineering or procurement – can take part in the training sessions together. The aim is to create a common understanding of products, applications and processes, as well as to promote collaboration between the departments involved. The training courses are complemented by suitable supporting programmes that provide opportunities for practical exchanges of experience and personal networking.
